This polished walnut travertine is not your adverage travertine. It is older and harder than white travertine.

The walnut travertine console (# 8014) is just as stunning as the cocktail table.

Notice the fill in the walnut travertine sample above. This is NOT A FACTORY DEFECT. It is natural with all polished stone. We like the fill. It makes the stone more interesting. Regardless, fill is normal with all pollished stone. Travertine is the youngest and softest of all the fine earth stones. It is also the most affordable. But look at the beautiful vains in the walnut travertine (photo above). The Walnut travertine has many interesting stone features like the finest earth stones (onyx & marble) but it's affordable like white travertine. We like the walnut travertine much better than white travertine. Customers like it too. Solid stone - 100% natural earth stone. Quarried in an old riverbed near Rome, Italy.
