"Anna, I wanted to let you know that we received the sectional yesterday afternoon from Star Trucking Co. Yes, we absolultely love the sectional. I have to tell you that the trucking company's delivery men followed directions and followed up on calling us prior to set up the date and did as requested, which was follow the faxed directions and call when they left the Interstate at the Exit because phone service is almost non-existent in this rural area. They were polite and knew how to install the legs and handled the furniture carefully. The furniture was well packaged and in perfect shape and when unpacked, every inch was in perfect condition. The connections for the sectionals lined up perfectly and the back of the sofa is beautiful. We were a bit worried about that because the sectional is in the middle of an area and it is very visible. All the seams lined up even on the back with the cushions. Simply put, it is well made, love the color and the quality of the leather. There are so many things that never run smoothly and this order went this way from the minute you responded prior to ordering and all the way through the ordering process till we sat on the very, very comfortable sectional.
