terms and conditions below, 1 Contemporary Furniture will match the price prior to the sale.
We will not match price after the sale. 1 Contemporary Furniture ® will meet or beat any price
in the United States. That saves you a lot of gold.

Terms & Conditions

1. Does not apply to going out of business sales or discontinued items. The other quote must come from an authorized dealer with a brick and mortar store like 1 Contemporary Furniture. Does not include sales by individuals or auctions.

2. The price comparison can not include shipping charges. 1 Contemporary offers the safest shipping possible - white glove service nation-wide including setup on most items. Damage is unlikely. Many of our competitors use substandard curb side delivery that is cheaper and has inherent risk. 3. Proof in writing is required on the other dealers letterhead. 1 Contemporary is not expected to investigate all the misleading and fraudulant furniture websites. DO NOT SEND US A LINK TO A WEBSITE ADVERTISING PHONY OR STRIPPED PRICES. Some of the Internet sites are not ven authorized by the factory to sell the product. You must provide a quote in writing from the other store on thier letterhead. Website prices prior to check out are not proof of anything. There are often many extra charges that do not appear until check out. A quote in writing on the other merchants letterhead is required.

4. The product must be exactly the same - make, model, color, fabric, finish, and country of origin as the product offered by 1 Contemporary. Most of our products are made in Italy, Canada, and the United States. If made in China we clearly say so.

5. The quote from 1 Contemporary Furniture and the other merchant must occur at the same time. The price comparison can not occur after the sale. The exchange rate between the Euro and Dollar changes every day. When the dollar is strong, European products cost less. When the dollar is weak they cost more. Factories often change thier prices without notice.

6. The other quote must come from a legitimate business that has been in business long enough to deliver the product. The other quote can not come from a foriegn company with no presence in the USA. Some proof of going concern, for example membership in the BBB, must be provided. The other bid can not come from a post office box.
